About 1 × 104 cells were seeded into each well of 96-well plate and treated with different doses of ABS, N-pepABS, N-pep, and pepABS for 72 hours. After each sample was incubated with CCK-8 agent for about 1 hour, cell viability was assessed through detecting the absorption at 450 nm with the exclusion at 600 nm.
