The 4T1 cells were seeded in a 24-well plate at 1×105/well and cultured for 24 h. Subsequently, ICG, PHSA-ICG, and PHSA-ICG-TAT (50 μM) were added to cells, respectively, for 24 h. The cells were irradiated with light at a wavelength of 808 nm for 10 min (power density: 2.0 W/cm2), and the temperature was recorded at 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 min for each group.
