实验室信息

My research lab uses rodents as a model system for investigating human memory impairment and, specifically, how different brain regions are involved in the formation and retrieval of memory. We utilize various techniques for better understanding memory functions, including stereotaxic neurosurgery, behavioral testing, and histological analysis of brain tissue.

A Time Duration Discrimination Task for the Study of Elapsed Time Processing in Rats
用于研究大鼠执行时间的时程辨别任务

Space and time are both essential features of episodic memory. However, while spatial tasks have been used effectively to study the behavioral relevance of place cells, the behavioral paradigms utilized for the study of time cells have not used time

Displaced Object Recognition Memory in Rats
大鼠物体位置再认记忆

作者:Ali N. Mclagan and Jena B. Hales日期:04/20/2019,浏览量:3877,Q&A: 0
The Displaced Object Recognition (DOR) task, sometimes called the Novel Object Location task, assesses spatial recognition memory without navigational demands, explicit instruction, or the need for multiple days of training. This memory task has two ...
