视频简介 心肌梗死是全球死亡首要病因,心肌梗死患者随着病程的进展将发展成为终末期心力衰竭从而导致患者死亡。而成年哺乳动物心肌梗死后造成终末期心力衰竭的主要原因为不可挽救的心肌细胞的丢失。因此,如何促进成年哺乳动物心肌梗死后心肌细胞的增殖,从而来挽救丢失的心肌细胞以实现心肌再生成为研究心肌梗死治疗策略的重要方向。新生小鼠心肌梗死模型为研究心肌再生奠定了基础。稳定的手术模型是研究者探索促心肌再生靶点,阐明心肌再生的分子机制不可或缺的基石。

Abstract

Neonatal mouse heart can regenerate after cardiac injury within postnatal 7 days, while adult mouse can not. Using the neonatal mouse myocardial infarction model to investigate the molecular mechanism of heart regeneration is important for finding new therapeutic strategies for myocardial infarction patients.

  1. Be careful to control the depth of anesthesia, too shallow anaesthesia is not conducive to operation, while excessive anesthesia can increase the mortality of mice after operation. The depth of anesthesia was determined by limb movement and breathing.
  2. Do not injure the lungs during operation.
  3. Operate gently to reduce bleeding.
  4. Do not let the silk sutures cut the myocardium at an angle when tying the knot, keep three points in line.
  5. The mice should be sent back to the mother’s cage in time after rewarming, and the mice could be wiped with the original padding in its mother’s cage if necessary.
